We are proud to announce a landmark collaboration between UAPP and the UNESCO Read and Earn Federation (REF) to establish an Educational Financing Facility in Nigeria. The partnership includes a structured study loan mechanism designed to support Nigerian students aspiring to pursue higher education internationally, going beyond opening doors to global universities to provide the financial backbone that makes those opportunities truly attainable.

We are proud to announce a landmark collaboration between UAPP and the UNESCO Read and Earn Federation (REF) to establish an Educational Financing Facility in Nigeria. The partnership will include a structured study loan mechanism designed to support Nigerian students aspiring to pursue higher education internationally.
This collaboration extends beyond opening doors to global university applications, it provides the financial backbone that makes those opportunities attainable. At the heart of this synergy lies a shared vision: UAPP's global reach in connecting students to international universities and guidance in the loan process facility; and UNESCO REF's commitment to cultural preservation and educational empowerment.
Together, we are dismantling barriers, democratising access, and creating a holistic framework where ambition is matched with resources, and dreams are matched with pathways.
Implementation Framework: The scheme will initially be implemented in Police Schools across Nigeria, ensuring a structured rollout and establishing proof of concept before wider expansion. Police Schools will serve as the central coordinating and mobilisation units when the programme is rolled out nationwide. The UNESCO-REF Chartered Institute, Lichfield, serves as the administrative body responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation process.
UAPP shall serve as the programme's technical implementation partner, responsible for: provision and management of the digital application platform; processing of university applications through accredited partner institutions; structured advisory services including course selection and academic profiling; facilitation and coordination of eligible UK student loan applications; end-to-end applicant support including documentation guidance and transition preparation; and data management, reporting, and performance tracking to ensure transparency and measurable outcomes.
